Nelson warned and subsequently banned for PM'ing nonstop obscenities to Nelson
c_rogue69 went to owner of forum to be let back in
Owner of forum "negotiated" a "truce" between c_rogue69 and Nelson
Nelson said ok and let it be
c_rogue69 started a petition to "remove Nelson from HAN"
Nelson said, nice "truce" and did not retaliate, no warnings or ban for c_rogue69

This was years ago, and Nelson could care less but Now c_rogue69 wants to step on toes again.
