wait wat?

i wouldnt say they make bank ... the BIG guys do but the average dairy farmer def isnt making bank.

I think alot of it has to do with job related deaths. Firefighter... while somewhat dangerous... is one of the best jobs you can have in relation to job security, benefits and time off.

Yeah, I enjoyed the hell out working as a commercial fisherman, (I guess that would qualify as a seaman of sorts) it just wasn't the greatest job to have with a family but for being single it was great. Spent a week to almost 2 weeks out on the ocean in a small boat, (36'-65') between a 100 and 200 miles offshore.
