Out of curiosity why did you make your Libility limits and UM/UIM limits different? Usually I suggest to people to have them matched.

Our agency standard is at LEAST 100/300/100 for liability limits. We can do state minimum and i understand some people just cant afford the higher limits but when you think about it...It's scary to think the financial damage it can cause if you get in an accident and dont have good coverage.

I have a lady coming in today Im doing a policy for...I quoted her higher limits than what she has now...and it's CHEAPER than her current insurance...and she doesnt want the higher limits. Im all..UMMMM WHAT lol look at your driving record lady..are you insane????!!!!!!

Also, Why do you only have 10k med pay and a 1m extrodinary med bens???? You do realize that you have a gap there. The gap between 10k and 1m you are responsible for in some way. When I sell Extrod. Med Bens I ALWAYS tell people 'if you want the 1m in extr. med bens...you might wanna make your med bens at 100,000, which is the higest you can go'
Might wanna look into that.

Tupac, thanks for the review

CuppyCake, under basic party, the limit is $10k, but I added "Added First Party Medical" @ 100k, according to their definition, if something will cost 150k in medical, that extra 50k will be covered under extraordinary. Also matched my UM/UIM..

Underinsured Motorist Bodily Injury: $100k/$100k

So I guess you meant to type $200?

Didnt realize you had 100k on med pay. Honestly when you said '10k' I thought you meant 10,000...not 100,000. I misread what you wrote.

Im about to be done with it.
Its frustrating.

My boss said that now a days its an even HARDER field to do, because of the demand of cheaper prices on everything...and people dont wanna understand that cheaper isnt always better and sometimes...it just is what it is.

Insurance is a type of business where everyone wants to be an asshole about it because they dont understand it and they dont want to understand

it definitely is harder now than before. insurance is one of those things people hate having to pay for until some bullshit happens. then theyre glad they have it. and then after its over, they hate having it again. and yes, ur right. majority of the people out there dont know and seem to not want to know/understand how it really works.
