yeh, my dad ain't really much of a vegetable kind of guy. too bad too, because i love me some vegetables.

I usually mix ground beef and ground pork or ground venison and sausage or ground pork. Usually also double the amount of meat called for in the recipe, I like meaty lasagna as opposed to cheesey lasagna.

good call on doubling the meat.. prolly gonna go with ground beef and sausage.
