it's my dad's birthday. gonna make lasagna today for him. got him two hats for skiing as well.
anyone got any good lasagna variations? i'm thinkin' about just doing ground beef and maybe sausage.
I usually mix ground beef and ground pork or ground venison and sausage or ground pork. Usually also double the amount of meat called for in the recipe, I like meaty lasagna as opposed to cheesey lasagna.
