How would you not be able to "get out of it" with an unlocked phone? All you have to do is switch your sim card, the company doesn't even need to know you got a new phone.

I noticed the new layout last night while taking a shit and surfing on my Touch.

a lot better than using MLV and a shitload better than trying to view it in normal setting with everything justified left.

but what you cant do is get the smart phone from att, unlock it, and remove data plans, bastards

i need to get the phone from att, its cheapest that way h:

I guess I see what you mean. I just chose not to upgrade and bought a cheap phone on eBay. Problem solved for super cheap

yeah, I noticed last night too. It looks a little better on my iPhone I guess. At first I thought it wouldn't load any pics but then I realized there's an Image link that you have to click now. :hs:

the HTC touch isn't classified as a smartphone. thats why you can browse the web with no data plan.. you need an unlimited browsing plan.
