uh, the d80 doesnt have video... you must be talking about the d90, which has insanely good hd video.
D90 kit w/ 18-105 VR (or just buy the body only + 18-70 3.5-4.5 DX). it's on the top end of the budget, though.
D80s can be found pretty damn cheap now, especially used. That'll probably be my next body.
