pipe in the exhaust to the passenger compartment. then just take a long nap in the car.

Vaseline and ky seem to work for me, sometimes you just have to use what's aroundh:

Living here in Michigan I can only think of a couple of times that I've had doors freeze shut, and that was after an ice storm and the whole car was encased in ice.
