my friend moved back from spain. i got my passport and was all ready to go, but he ain't there anymore :wtc:

hopefully next summer or so we'll both go back.

lol, they are more horseshoe shaped most of the time than regular arches

This pic shows it... I can't recall where the influence came from or if it originated there... but yea h:





When you say guided by someone.... I'm guessing you know the person personally? I was just planning on getting lost and hopefully finding a place to stay for the night when I go there

will, awesome pictures. looks like Spain is a blast. Spain is great too for architecture cause you have the Muslim and Christian stuff there.

Yea I know her personally. It is not hard to get around. Just do a bit of research ahead of time since you are limited on the stay. Hotels arent too bad...but there are tons of hostels everywhere. But read review on the hostels...bed bugs will get ya :run:

Spain and Portugal are on my list of places to visit. how did the whole phone thing work out for you?

I'm surprised that the food wasn't that good! i would thought it was rockin!

sooo.. you did exactly what i wanted to do :sad:... great pics :hs:... how much did it cost? what camera did you use? did you really stay in hostels :ugh:

my plans changed so much ... first it was scotland $2000~ -> spain $1500-> portugal $1000-> california $700-> quebec $400-> ottawa $270 for the hotel stay :sad: ....
