its entertaining that the Giants continue to roll without him. what kind of tool brings a loaded weapon into a nightclub. if your that fearful of your life you should have stayed home. I hope he gets everything he deserves.

the rumors ...
1. he tried to enter the VIP portion of the nightclub with a weapon. The bouncer said to get rid of the piece before entering. Burress attempted to remove the rounds when it discharged into his leg.
2. his friend / teammate was completely unaware of how Burress was shot. The friend then proceeded to drive Burress to the hospital while attempting to stop the bleeding. The unregistered handgun was unknowingly placed into the car. The driver then went from NY to NJ, crossing state lines with an unregistered handgun.
3. when Burress checked into the hospital, he attempted to use a fake name.

I caught that interview. Agent looked and sounded like a total used car salesman. I can't stand Tony Kornheiser anyway -- as he's a no-talent ass-clown -- but he kept repeatedly asking the agent all these firearms questions even after the agent told him he wasn't going to talk at all about firearms. Kornheiser just killed the interview.
