they are charged with 2 time outs, one each half. i like what pete carroll is trying to do he is trying to bring back tradition. the last time usc and uclgay wore home jerseys was in 1982.

the rose bowl is uclgays home field, the coliseum is usc's home field. when ever we play at the rose bowl vs uclgay were the away team so we have to wear away jerseys. last time both teams wore home jerseys at the rose bowl was in 82 it was a tradition for a while when sc and uclgay would play. they changed it and carroll wants to bring it back.
