foolish aux, professional calibration helps not only with the picture settings (which is different for every room and lighting situation) but energy consumption and what not. it is a good amount of money to spend, but i had it down on my plasma

ok i lied to phat, the 58a650 i saw at the store was a plasma...so right now the largest samsung lcd is the 55a950 (magnolia item) and the 52"s that are out.

 

that 55a950 runs 4k though. no thanks
