what do you do when...

hmm....good to know:rick: I smoke a lot of pot so my sperm is too dumb to know where to go right now. When I actually want to have a kid I'm going to stop smoking for a while.
Wow, there's a lot of wrong information here. The numbers vary, but with typical use, birth control pills alone are MORE effective at preventing pregnancy (92-99% effective) than condoms alone (85-95%). If your girl is good about taking the pill, its even more effective with about a 99.7% effectiveness if she never misses a pill. Obviously, condom + BC pills are damn near unbeatable.
But if you rely on the "pull-out" method, with no other forms of birth control, you are fooling yourself. Pull-out is only about 73% effective with typical use, far lower then condoms or BC pills. And you still release some swimmers before your actual orgasm.
Moral of the story - if your girl is good at taking her pill, there's no need to pull out. Enjoy the un-paralleled feeling of release inside of her and the ease of clean-up afterwards.
Also, don't hesitate to talk to her about what do do if you do happen to get pregnant. If you know she's willing/unwilling to get an abortion if she does happen to get pregnant, that can avoid some potential bad conversations down the road. For example, after maybe the 3rd time my current girlfriend and I had sex (first few times were me w/ condom and her on BC pills), I asked about her thoughts on abortion. She wouldn't get one. So now I know exactly what the deal is. I also asked her to go get checked for STDs, and I went as well. Both clean thankfully. Better safe than sorry, and most insurances will cover STD testing free of charge.

The side effects of some pills can be quite devastating. She should be very candid with her doctor to make sure she gets the right pill. My gf got off of it because it was driving her crazy. Wasn't worth it after trying 3 different pills.
I think that pulling out is a completely different orgasm than releasing inside. Pulling out and stroking that thing with the right amount of pressure to your liking, gives you more autonomy on the intensity of your orgasm. Releasing inside after beating up the poon for a while, may leave it a little loosy goosy, therefore, not having having the right amount of pressure to suffice. Releasing inside seems more mammalian and conquering and pleasurable.
