The side effects of some pills can be quite devastating. She should be very candid with her doctor to make sure she gets the right pill. My gf got off of it because it was driving her crazy. Wasn't worth it after trying 3 different pills.

I think that pulling out is a completely different orgasm than releasing inside. Pulling out and stroking that thing with the right amount of pressure to your liking, gives you more autonomy on the intensity of your orgasm. Releasing inside after beating up the poon for a while, may leave it a little loosy goosy, therefore, not having having the right amount of pressure to suffice. Releasing inside seems more mammalian and conquering and pleasurable.
