Default So i've been losing weight...check me ouuuuuut!!

So i know alot of people ignore the work out thread so i'm posting this here too h:


Beginng 9/1/08 239lbs 34% Body fat (Strictly dieting no working out)


Beginning of Week 1 9/27/08 220.8lbs. 31.4% Body fat (Beginning 16 Week Ab program)


End of Week 4 10/26/08 215.8lbs 30.1% Body Fat


I can't really tell if there's much difference between beginning of Week 1 and Week 4. But we'll see how things are when i take pics again at the end of week 8.

Come on over and join the workout crew. We're always excepting more and more people into the crew.

I've been working out (sometimes once a week, sometimes 5 times a week depending on how busy/lazy I am) pretty steadily for 3 years or so.. do I qualify for the work out crew, or is it only new comers??
