So i know alot of people ignore the work out thread so i'm posting this here too

Beginng 9/1/08 239lbs 34% Body fat (Strictly dieting no working out)
Beginning of Week 1 9/27/08 220.8lbs. 31.4% Body fat (Beginning 16 Week Ab program)
End of Week 4 10/26/08 215.8lbs 30.1% Body Fat
I can't really tell if there's much difference between beginning of Week 1 and Week 4. But we'll see how things are when i take pics again at the end of week 8.
