You going to be using it strictly as a range holster? If so, it's okay. There are some comparably priced yet higher quality offerings out there.

what do you use for you home defense rounds? I've got Federal hydra shock hollow tips, expensive but it will do some damage god forbid you ever have to use it to defend yourself.

Wasn't planning on it. I got it free with the deal but haven't really researched a good one for concealed yet.

I haven't fired any of them off yet, mainly because its roughly $1/round to fire. have you guys fired them yet? I'm going to fire them off in a couple months and make it a once a year deal. I'd love to go out to the desert with some balistic gel and have some fun.

I mostly use Winchester Ranger T, but I've also got a magazine loaded with Federal Hydra-Shocks. You probably can't go wrong with any of the high-quality hollowpoints out there nowadays.

Winchester rounds are what I use as my range ammo, its tough to find now a days, but I like using it.

I fired a couple of mags off. Kind of a waste of good ammo. My groups weren't any tighter than with the flat tipped ammo.
