^OMG, you lucky bish! Thats like $540+ worth of ammo. I checked my local Walmart for Blazer and I'm in the same boat as you...don't carry it. So I just bought 3 more boxes of WWB.

Now I just need to order an Uplula.

BTW...your wife see that yet? Or did you catch it on the porch before she got home?

She saw it. After she asked how much it cost I just said something about us being able to practice more and she forgot about her question.

576 shipped for the 3 cases. i think the cbLongs were like 9 bucks. if they work well in my 10/22 i'm gonna order a case.

wwb here at 19.98/box would come out to 650. save 75 bucks and id have to drive to 5 or 6 walmarts to find 30 boxes of wwb 100pack. not to mention all the stupid looks i'd get for buying that much.

hell, last time i bought ammo at walmart i bought 2 100rd WWBs and 2 550 22lr bulk packs and some dude goes "damn youre going to war huh." :ugh:

:chuckles: At least she's cool with it.

Funny you mention buying WWB at Walmart. When I went the other day, apparently the lady who worked the outdoor dept with access to the ammo was out to lunch and some black girl was watching the counter for her.

She couldn't find the keys anywhere and had to page a Manager to come and open the cabinet. 5 minutes goes by and some other associate (non-Manager) walks up and is wondering why the Manager hadn't shown up yet.

At this point I'm like.."if it's too much trouble, don't worry about it..I can come back later."

And the other associate is like "Oh no no no, we're getting the keys for you sir! We don't mess around when it comes to customers who are buying bullets!"

 I got a good laugh.

you should have told them you're buying the whole cartridges, not just the bullets.

i fucking hate buying ammo at walmart. the two walmarts closest to me NEVER have an associated at post so i always have to search one down or find someone to page one.

I would have told her that but I didn't want to confuse her any more then what she was. She dropped a box pulling them out of the case, spilling all 100 rounds so I made her get me a different box after she picked them all up. h:

And oh yea, I'm hitting the range again this weekend. Possibly getting a membership at the local place I went to last weekend after researching range prices in my area.

Some places want like $14 for an hour of range time, and that is only if you're buying their ammo! Fuck that.

This local spot is like $170 for a 1 year membership, come in and shoot any time you want +1 guest. Plus you can skip to the head of the line.
