wassup fellas...
im almost done with my Chicago firearms permit.....im sure u guys are aware, chicago suck donkey balls when it comes to picking up a handgun..
i've got my FOID card, completed a 4 hour classroom session, and 1 hour range... now i gotta go to the southside (which one might need a gun) and register my affidavit, get finger printed and throw away $100.....gotta wait a week or so for them to get back to me then FINALLY i can go shopping!
So what do u guys recommend for me? mainly for protection in my house but will frequent the range hopefully once a month.
so far, i've shot only a Glock 17, 22, and 21
thought, suggestions of other pistols?

Reasons:
Easier to control (recoil)
Cheaper ammo (more practice)
More capacity (bang bang)

walther, sig sauer, colt, s&w, beretta, springfield...
go to a gun store and see how different guns feel in your hands. bring them from a low read position into a firing position and see how long it takes to line up the sights.
