yes only lead. also, its not worth it to me to buy a different barrel.

I used to shoot lead through my USP .45 and never had a single issue. Granted it's an older model, but still...

they went to the polygon rifling in the mid 90's. even at that as long as you use good bullets with a proper load and clean your gun as often as you should. it really shouldn't be a problem.
