H&K 91 or clone (PTR, ect) Good reliable guns but they hurt for a .308

 

so would that make a PTR a clone of a clone?

because isn't the 91 a clone of the G3?

or would still just call it a clone since it's still tech a copy of a G3 itself by design?

Basically G3 is Germany's military designation for the 91. So now the 91 is considered the civilian version of the G3.

Thanks. The Python is the flagship of the collection (and the only one that isn't .45 caliber), but I've yet to take it out to the range and probably never will, given that it was crazy expensive. All the others are ready and willing for range and defensive duty.

 

Shot the XD yet? Impressions?

 

Not yet, will take it out soon...the trigger pull may reduce accuracy, but I'm thinking of training at Front Sight with the XD, which may help to mitigate the creepy trigger pull.

 

You got the .45 yea? I'm thinking 9mm or .40. Most likely 9mm.
