we usually have leftovers, so we try to go a day or two between them. say we have something on monday for dinner, and there's too much. we'll save it and have it for lunch on wednesday. so atleast there's a few other things we've eaten before having the same thing.

you have a gym membership? just try out the different machines like ellipticals, stair climbers, bike machines or row machines. or even swimming

i do a combination of jump rope and hittin a bag for about 20 mins and it definitely keeps my heart rate up

just think of creative ways. walking/hiking was a good suggestion. and dont try to maintain your target heart rate for 20 mins if youre not used to it. work your up after a week or two

as far as meals are concerned, do you like a particular type of food? sandwiches of various sorts are easy to make. just find lean meats and non-plain white bread (i.e. whole grain or wheat). try substituting your salt w/ different flavor enhancers that have less sodium

good luck to you, bro :hs:

You must be good at tennis and video games. h:

But really, you might also consider a weight training circuit that keeps your heartrate up if traditional forms of cardio bore you too much.

wrap a sand bag around each ankle and wrist and go for a brisk 1 mile walk. longer if you're in better shape.
