yeah i understood your point

 

to answer your question on how hard, it's harder than it was before IB took over. we aren't allowed to have full control, we have most but not full. so a request like that means we have to work with IB to make it happen. I agree pre IB days it could probably have been done within the same day. however it's just not that easy anymore. this isn't to say we're not going to do it, but it will take time. also keep in mind, we all have (well most of us) have day jobs and a life outside of han.

see that response was way better than a brush off of "we will look into it"

I mean I understand that IB is a pain in the ass and doesn't make your job any easier, but keeping users in the dark about the difficulty doesn't help either side.

 

if some things don't change, then the mods will only be watching over half as many people than before.

i can at least believe it is more difficlut with IB running the show, but that is a seperate issue from the over modding of the basement.

 

that was nelson choice and i don't believe it was wrong. my guess is he figured he would get an answer quicker but didn't. he has worked with them before to resolve issues and they usually reply back faster.

and i do agree with keeping users in the dark but users being difficult doesn't help either.
