I mean I understand that IB is a pain in the ass and doesn't make your job any easier, but keeping users in the dark about the difficulty doesn't help either side.
that was nelson choice and i don't believe it was wrong. my guess is he figured he would get an answer quicker but didn't. he has worked with them before to resolve issues and they usually reply back faster.
and i do agree with keeping users in the dark but users being difficult doesn't help either.
