Wasn't arguing it I was just saying it isn't as difficult as you think and no it isn't illegal in any way in SD despite what you may be led to believe.
Anyways I will leave you to your decision I don't care either way, I was just laying it out as a solid option.
I know. I've read about it and it sounds great. As for the legality, I don't know for certain, but from a corporate position, without a proper release, I could see a restaurant (especially a major corp like McDonalds) getting hammered in a contributory negligence claim for providing the used oil to a consumer who doesn't have the unnecessary hazmat and chemical handling/disposal certifications. Just an example, you go to your local McD's, vaccum up 200 gallons of oil and keep it in your truck bed. On the way home you blow a tire and the drum falls onto the roadway creating a major hazmat cleanup. Although you were negligent in transporting the oil, McD's can also be found negligent for providing the oil without assuring it's proper disposal. Just another way sue-happy californians break america.

There was a couple at the pediatrician's office, our age, and they had a stroller that was pretty awesome looking. I googled it and it was going for 1200. But the guy did have a panerai watch and some swanky ass leather shoes. I'm sure he was either a) balling like Rick or Phat or b) living a lie.
