I believe artificial black holes have already been created... they can't survive without a shitload of mass (in the natural universe, black holes are created by dead supermassive stars), so they only survive a millisecond before disintegrating back into their constituent particles.
dude if they form a black hole it will fizzle out and be too small to matter.
