Regardless I do agree with you, however, I also agree with everyone else, it is still a fresh subject.... You don't like it, go shoot your guns and enjoy it because that's one of the few reason 9/11 happen h:
im not saying forget it ... im saying we are going a lil overboard with the remembering ... way overboard

and the ratio for 9.11 is WAY less

PH resulted in the US being dragged into a conventional world wide war that ended with a half a million US deaths and where during the war americans had to do whatever they could to support a war machine against a seemingly invincible enemy. food rationing, fuel rationing, lack of some goods due to war factories. all of this you can trace back to the japanese attacking the US ... germany the main aggressor didnt even want the US in the war

9.11 ... well lets just say that during the average day of this "war" 90% of americans go about their daily business and might not even think about whats going on.

as for effect not even close ...

hasn't effected me at all ... my day to day life was the same on 9.12 as it was on 9.11 ... its the same today as it was on 9.10

same came be said for 99% of the people i know.

maybe i pay more for gas but if it wasnt the wars something else would have raised the price

not saying we need to drop it, just saying we are going a lil over the top on the "remembrance" ...
sigh - i dont know what to say - you cant say it has ZERO comparison capability -

1. both were attacks on american soil by other people.
2. both killed xxxx americans
3. both led to counter attacks -
4. both affected the american population as a whole

only difference is we didnt nuke anyone this time

i am in agreement that it doesnt need to be the same thing every single year but to some around here that it did affect it is still fresh to them. eventually they will move on

people died ... thats about the only true similarity

i will still deny it affected the entire population ... my day to day has not changed between 9.10.01 and today and i guarantee i'm not the only one

and i was comparing WWII to the current 'war' when i said that, not PH and 9.11 ... i agree they have many similarites directly

i'm not arguing that its tragic people, im simply pointing out that its a lil much to expect the entire nation to mourn something 7 years after the fact that did not have a direct impact on all of them.

its understandable that people in NYC would still mourn ... it happened there ...

I can't find them... but basically it was a close up on the pillars on the towers after the collapse, they were "cut" at an angle that was too clean and too artificial for a pancake effect

It's all conspiracy theory shit
