Nope, someone on base was out drinking and sleeping in their car. Cops pulled up, woke him up, breathalyzed him, he blew over the limit, and then was arrested and charged. His keys were in his pocket and not in the ignition.

I know it's possible to get a dewey just sitting in the car, but I was sleeping on the back seat, car locked, keys in my pocket. The officer would have to be a complete raging asshole to ticket me for that.
Was pretty shitty though... I was at my friend's house in S. Denver and he got in a major argument with his woman and I felt very uncomfortable/unwelcome... so I camped out in the car.
:edit: Lawrence, I hope that guy went to court and fought it. They shouldn't punish you for making the right decision.
