theres ALWAYS a reason for the stop.
for instance there was a guy the had a brake light out, pull him over and his insurance had lapsed...was it my fault it lapsed, nope... are you going to call me racist because he was black and i towed his truck? no its the way the cookie crumbles (Bruce Almighty) and shit happens.

and you as a police officer cannot ask for paperwork stating they are here legally nor can you enforce any immigration laws whatsoever.
So that being what it is you cannot make the claim that any person you pull over or question is here legally nor can you ask for information to prove it either way

but if they say were drinking and driving and i pulled them over made the arrest and they refuse the chemical test im taking them to see a judge...and after i book them i can look up their records, and that will say if they are illegal or not...
my point is i dont give a fuck what you are, who you are, what your doing...im out there doing my job and that could be traffic detail, 911 monitoring, DWI stops, back up unit etc etc etc...and if you get caught doing something illegal im (or another police officer) is going to eventually catch you...
and again the whole Hispanic thing was a joke...but at the same time 90% true...sorry if i offended any one by it...

its not like im looking only for them...if im on a traffic detail and there is a car that is speeding, inadequate lights, broken windshield, inspection, no front plate, any type of infraction....and im just stating the truth...
