how do i get a door that won't open.. open?
my back drivers side door won't open. it's been like this for a while, but i'm selling the car, so i figure having all the doors open might help it sell.
the handle on the inside and out won't like move at all, the outside one looks like it is stuck out a little bit. the lock won't move either.

If someone yanked on the door handle hard enough to bend or break the linkage to the lock, then you've got to fish down inside the door and trip the lock release lever on your own.
Do some exploratory surgery on the door that opens for practice.
Pop off the interior panel and see what thing's you'll need to avoid.
Then repeat the process on the stuck door.
Failing that, roll the car and collect on the insurance.

Sounds to me like the problem is at the lock mechanism itself.

i put the car on craigslist and got like 10 calls in the first two days

one lady test drove it, i was busy the past two days, so i hope people look at it this week.
Honestly if its going to take you a great deal of time to figure out the problem I would say fuck it. Just do the usual "I took it to a body shop and they said it would be 50 bucks to fix". Its not like you're selling a BMW or something
The older accords Drivers side lock would freeze up, what we do is try and remove the door panel with out breaking it to much, then you have to drill the lock mechinism. If you drill in the right spot the door will open.
