Before? They said very little because they claim I left a garbage back in our rooms, a bag in the kitchen, the garbage was full and not moved to the curb(I moved out 4 days before garbage collecting so thats bs), and the fridge was dirty. I had no bags in our room, the garbage in the kitchen was their shit, and the fridge had stuff caked on from their son and daughter-in-law.
When we left everything was much cleaner than it was when we got it.

As I said. We will be getting back all of it since they had 14 days to return it, after that the law says they are required to return the full amount.

Its only 100 but since they were shitty landlords and did so many things wrong/not according to the landlord tenant act, we are being sticklers.

Oh I forgot to say since its been over 14 days since we have been officially out with no written list of why they are deducting our deposit or us receiving our deposit, we legally get 100% of the lease back. If we take it to court the court can give us 200% of the deposit back.
she raises it with every new period. one time she was like yeah your contract ran out a month ago. im raising the rent, you owe me for august. im like you have to provide me a 30 day written notice . so it didnt go into effect until december. i never put a deposit down.

100 dollars? i don't buy that 'we are being sticklers'.

that's fuckin' 50 bucks a piece, not worth all the trouble.

i never got my security deposit back. most of the landlords i delt with were anal enough to find the most retarded random shit to screw tennants over to jack their deposits
