im no engine wiz but i dont see a tranny on there? and if its not on there does it mean its producing more power than a regular car because there is no power lost through the transmission?

Yes and no, on engine dynos the motor itself is subject to variable loads that can simulate real world situations

its an engine dyno. it measures power coming off the crank.

When you had your Accord on the chassis dyno, did they inform you of the drivetrain loss to take into consideration when you got your numbers?

NO they did not imform me about all that. but i know that you lose power from the crank to the wheels.

Average loss for FWD is around 10-14%. RWD and AWD are higher.
