VE = Volumetric efficiency

Most of the time cars don't get anywhere near the 100% mark. If you notice the manifold won't fit under most hoods.......they probably made this manifold in an ideal ideal ideal environment. Sure it's not practical nor never made production, but the idea they're probably getting at is there is potential for power to be made

i see electric water pump, cant tell if its a dry sump oil system, individual cylinder EGT's, and a non-stock crank trigger system

137 VE sounds impossible to do especially if its NA.
