:eek4:

i love it when good IPA's are a bar special.

amber bock is alright, had it a few times. I'm more of a "stand in front of the ridiculous arrays of 6 packs and try something new" sort of person.

Amber Bock is ok for a better cheap beer but I think there are much better selections in that general price range.

Do you have Pete's Wicked in your grocery store? I haven't seen it much in AZ, but when I lived in MI and OH it was fairly inexpensive (like 5.99 a six pack). Killians is also good in that price range.

What was that oil of a beer you bought? The kind that you can run your car off of?

new holland black tulip triple ale > * other double or triple ales

we used to get it at work in 24 oz bottles ... it was strong enough that split between 2 guys we would feel a buzz after consuming ... 18%

we would only let people drink one bottle by themselves and then they couldnt have any more

edit: damn looks like they toned it down ... 12oz bottles 9% now :hs:

new holland is hands down my favorite micro-brew
