It's also very unnecessary if the person left accurate contact information. You don't have to pay the deductable if somebody elses insurance is footing the bill.

File a report with insurance and the police for hit and run.

 

No police report, their insurance can argue it away.

 

People would be frustrated with the situation, not saying they'd want to kill the person and be a dick and try and fuck the guy when he was doing the right thing.

i didnt say get over it, i just think taking a 'fuck this guy im gonna kill him' attitude from the start when he left the information to contact him is pretty extreme

 

i backed into a car once. no damage, but they had tons of other dents and scrapes in other places. so i just drove away. helps it was 2am in the morning.
