i moved to syracuse for work.... and i like it here a lot... i dont think ill ever want to leave central ny... aside from having my family here, i think it is a generally good place to live.

 

I live in San Francisco because most of my family and close friends are here. I also have a job in the city as well. I also like the diversity of people. I won't say where I visiited but it made me appreciate SF more after I got this comment, "So, what kind of 'Chinese' are you?" I know the guy wasn't trying to offend me. He was just completely clueless.

I live in Indy because:

I grew up here
I (mostly) enjoy living here
My wife enjoys living here
Cheap cost of living compared to many other areas
There's actually quite a bit to do
We both have family in the state

I've thought about moving before, like somewhere on the lower east coast like the Carolinas but my wife doesn't want to leave. So here we are. :shrug:

grew up here, parent's live here, family lives half hour south, which is where i go to school.

after this semester i graduate, who knows where i'll go after that. i wouldn't mind staying here, don't mind it at all, just gotta find a job.

 

I forgot to mention this is the greatest city in the worldh:

 

after being in boston for a couple days.. i like nyc even more.
