Is it a flight anytime that day? If you need a certain flight like only after work or something it kinda fucks you right?

Priceline's name your own price feature works best for flights when you don't care when your flight takes off that day and/or how many delays. You can get really cheap filler tickets if you name a price and don't indicate when you care to leave.

Priceline gave me several options as far as times go, for that particular flight. I used the +/- 2 days option, but reguardless of how I searched after finding that flight, the price was the same. That was a one way flight, I departed at the crack of dawn, and received no meal, but the price was well worth it.

I've flown that same route several times over the past 8 years, and always paid between $375 and $550 for a round trip ticket, even purchasing 2 weeks in advance.

Priceline ftw!

I bought a roundtrip ticket from Orlando to NYC 2 days before I left for $400.

I usually buy in advance and end up spending maybe $200 - $250 for the roundtrip.

Most of them go for $300 or more the same weekend, including this hotel.

How does the name your own price work?
Just put in like 100 and see what you get?
