Priceline gave me several options as far as times go, for that particular flight. I used the +/- 2 days option, but reguardless of how I searched after finding that flight, the price was the same. That was a one way flight, I departed at the crack of dawn, and received no meal, but the price was well worth it.

I've flown that same route several times over the past 8 years, and always paid between $375 and $550 for a round trip ticket, even purchasing 2 weeks in advance.
