You've got to be joking me. Other countries have lower drinking/smoking limits and don't have the problems that so many uptight people here fear will happen. In fact, teenage alcohol abuse is at a much lower rate in other countries that allow for a drinking age of 18.

And explain to me how marijuana is in any way worse than alcohol as far as possible public reprecussions (driving while impaired, etc.).
