Perfect Push Up
So I've seen the commercials and I saw them at Big 5 today. Seriously considered buying them but 39.99 seemed a little steep. I noticed in the perfect pull up thread that Phat, Rico, and Chris have the perfect push up. Anyone else have them and can give any feedback? Also Rico, Phat and Chris if you guys have feedback I'd like to hear it. I found a generic one on ebay for 18.30 with free shipping and the cheapest original perfect push up I found was 20 bucks and 9 bucks to ship

The gym I was going to before had a set that I used a good bit. They're pretty cool but nothing I'd pay money for. Regular pushups are just fine.
Nice pic, though

get it at walmart for 20 bucks. I find it utilizes different fibers of the pectoral muscles more than regular pushups. And if you do the military work out you feel that shit works big time.
I stopped lifting weights in march of 07 and in jan 08 i bought these perfect pushup. Starting using them on random days. I then bought a bench just a few weeks ago and starting lifting weights again. Now it has been over a year since I benched and i lifted 205 with not too much problem. When I would workout on and off for a few months I would have problems lifting 205 if i took more than 2 or 3 months off.
So take it how you want, but I think the perfect pushup regain and help me maintain my strength.
