I don't think I could ever hump a prostitute for moral reasons, but that is MY PERSONAL CHOICE. The government has no business telling consenting adults what they can or cannot do with their bodies. There is nothing hypocritical about that.

I don't think anyone who solicits a prostitute expects a zero-risk fuck. Hell, just normal people engaging in humpage don't expect that. And, yes, a whore may very well have contracted something since their last test, but at least they're tested regularly. You couldn't say that about 99% of the bar skanks out there. :dunno:

Legalize it. License it, tax it, test everyone regularly for STDs and most drugs (anything that would be injected, powders, maybe not pot), fail the test and lose your license until you pass 2 consecutive tests. Make brothels the only place prostitution is legal. Hold brothels responsible when prostitutes are caught working with no license.
We were all saying no to a virgin getting a dirty mexican hooker in/around TJ. If is was a place like Amsterdam where prostitutes are licensed, tested and generally a lot cleaner than the sluts at your local bar it might have been different.

No, this should be an optional service. You as a consumer should inforce it. Welcome to America, use the power of the dollar. I'll stick it to a girl that can prove she is clean, and i will not waste a dollar on one who can not.
