dont confuse motorized bicycles/mopeds with these 'scooters'. i think you dont need a license if you dont go above 25mph on motorized bicycles/mopeds. these 'scooters' are just like motorcycles and require the same stuff as a motorcycle. only weird thing is you can somehow park on places a bicycle can park (depending on your city)

There were a couple on Craigslist but have disappeared quick! I called a local Honda Motorcyle dealer and they are all sold out. He said when they do get them they are going for between $3000-$3500 due to the demand.

yes it varies by state. as far as i know you should treat any motorized two wheeler that can go > 25mph like a motorcycle. if this wasn't the case there'd be all kinds of weird things driving down the street. there are DOT requirements you know

Its usually by engine size. An Aprilia RS50 can do almost 70, but it's a Scoot!
