Not always, natural gas can be found in natural gas fields, they are not synonymous in location but can be found together as well.

If we had started using it in the beginning, we would be in the same spot. It still pollutes, requires drilling, and takes millions of years to come back. I thought all you Eco-liberals wanted a renewable energy source?

hey thats a great idea lets start researching the likeliness on the next moon trip

oh wait .... we havent been to the moon in 50 years or the fact that we wouldnt be able to stay for more than oh a couple weeks at most, and the cost of getting the infrastructure even built IF available would be astronomical. the money would be better spent on energy research that we could utilize here on earth

some ideas really are best left in the file cabinet

Edit, oh, megawatt-years. I misread. But it would still take a long time to be a popular source of power. And we would have to manufacture electric cars, and find a wayto store the power for them. And find a way to dispose of the power packs when they have run there usefull lifespan. Oh, and they have to be cheap enough for the average american.

So, let's just sit here and tap our toes untill that happens, shall we?

eco-libs are too full of the kool aid they drank that stops any semblence of reasoning in some areas....in this case taking the words renewable and applying it while still trying to stand on the soapbox is tricky work.
