Some guy did that at a drive thru line at an In-N-Out.

Somebody cut the drive thru line and the guy that got cut was pissed resulting in honking by him as well as other drivers behind him. By the time both drivers exited the lane, the guy that got cut stepped out and confronted her. Ended up ripping out her front driver window.

 

Laws are written funny. A deadly weapon can be a pencil or even a pickle.

 

cutting in line is not illegal .... just rude...
threatning with a weapon is illegal AND rude....

people over react any more these days, ya i'd be pissed and prolly hollar but from my car and like one sentence. sure as hell would have no interest in getting out and beating someone up simply because they got the pump before me.
