Well, the AF is moving towards a more offensive role in the grand scheme of things. I could be deployed into a convoy even though my job will be communications. :happysad:

Of course you could deploy if you're Commo. I'm Commo in the Army and there's a huge need for us out in the field. But "surviving" AF BMT (from what I hear) isn't a hard task to do. Not saying that Army BCT is really hard, but I hear AF is a cake walk.
