Excellent. I got marksman with the rifle in basic too. Make sure you keep a copy of your 522 form (firing record) so you can wear that ribbon. I'm going through a bit of a fiasco right now trying to get all of my ribbons updated.

Biloxi, MS....what a dump. Keesler AFB is a nice base, but only when you're permanent party. If your recruiter said tech school is like college, he really lied to you. If I remember correctly, that AFSC training will put you in the 338th TRS - same TRS I was in while at Keesler. If you have any questions about it, shoot me a PM.

air force bmt was just stupid to me. just a bunch of wasting time imho. I've heard varying things about the army's, but they were most likely trying to show off and impress us because there life sucked while in AIT and we had it so easy. Hope you like it cause otherwise the next 4/6 years are going to suck.
