comments: really close to the 60, 101, 202, and 10.(all the major east valley highways) I love having a garage

roomate and I split costs down the middle (except 2 of those garage spots are mine, one is his)
I'm considering purchasing within the next couple of years. I was browsing around today, and love the interior on this place. Absolutely gorgeous:
