$1135 /month
additional $240/month for 3 garage parking spots
roomate and I split costs down the middle (except 2 of those garage spots are mine, one is his)

I'm considering purchasing within the next couple of years. I was browsing around today, and love the interior on this place. Absolutely gorgeous:
