cost: negotiated rent of $1250 / month w/ purchase options
comments: We decided to rent b/c of the market falling and are saving TONS. Taxes are about 6700 / year, HOA is $300 / month. those 2 alone are 75% of the rent. House value is hovering in upper 200k, but was upper $390ish when we moved in about 1.5 years ago.

no utilities aside from tv, building has callback security system, alarm goes off phone rings, dont answer cops are on their way.

comments: Finished basement, office, 3 car garage. When we purchased, we put in all new carpet $7k, Tile in all bathrooms, I put up a shadowbox fence myself. Next year i plan to install a sprinkler system and home surveillance.
HOA $400/year Olympic sized pool and clubhouse.
