Default Refinancing
I'm getting my house refinanced. I'm getting a 20yr at 5.6% fixed. The loan has been approved and all that's left is the appraisal. The appraiser just left. That had me really nervous for some reason. Hopefully it's all good :x:

It's not huge, more of a medium sized house. I'm sure it'll be fine I'll just be happy when it's all over with.

what is the going rate right now for a 30 year fix? I want to refinance and i haven't had a chance to call up my mortgage company yet I'm sitting ugly at 6.3
