if you want to get into technicalities, there have been plenty more responsibilities placed upon myself and my coworkers in the past year. Not even considering that, I don't know of any companies that don't give yearly raises so that shouldn't even matter.

don't get me wrong, 3.75% is better than nothing but any raise that's less than the rate of inflation isn't worth jack shit imo.
